While our apartments look better in finished form, it is worth remembering that it takes a long time for them to get there. Our projects are not merely superficial restoration but involve extensive work in which we typically gut the apartments, and start almost from scratch. During this process we find various gems of apartment renovations of decades, or even centuries, past. In these pictures the layers of wallpaper show how many times these rooms have been redecorated and how much history is in each apartment.

Here is a selection of some vintage and refurbished fixtures that we have used in various apartments. The distinct style of these seemingly minute details creates an air ‘très français’ within our properties.
We were there to witness our Notaire receiving her title from the State at the exclusive and beautiful Palais de Justice in the 1st arrondissement of Paris.
